Add an option to create a APNS file based on input

This would probably be a subcommand that allows generating a payload for the given input parameters.
It can be interesting to have as you can drag APNS files into the simulator.

The APNS file can be checked into repositories for easy use within teams. You could imagine yourself adding APNS files for each push notification type that is supported.
