Add a display for overeating to say how much food you're "wasting"

Would be nice instead of having to count hunger squares and remember how much each item fills

Will see what I can do about adding in some QoL changes with regards to foods, including possibly showing the hunger values and seeing if I can track the food items in your current "Yum bonus" chain.
