First of all, you need to install VK package

pip install vk

Secondly, you need to install Pillow

pip install Pillow

Also,

pip install configobj

You need to add your VK app token (https://vk.com/dev/auth_mobile) to the "settings.ini" file and you need to configure IDs in the script itself.
