Error connecting to Foscam IP camera RTSP stream

Hello,
could you help me solve this issue, after building the project and pointing to an RTSP stream I get the following error:
locomote code: 804, message: Unknown determining byte: 0x48. Stopping stream

Of note, I can play the RTSP stream using VLC, and Wowza is able to use the stream as the source for transcoding to different formats that play fine in all types of players.

The stream is available now if that would help debug, I can give it to you privately.
