Bauble information not showing up

I'm not sure what I did to cause this. Does anyone know what mods could be interfering? The last thing I did to the modpack was update the ice and fire and spartan and fire mods

Whenever I hover over the bauble, it just gives me what kind of quality it is. It doesn't tell me what it actually does. Holding shift doesn't help either
