Not showing tx-cost for selected speed

Zk Money don't show the cost for using the selected speed, only when using the dropdown to select. Both for defi deposit and for shielding.

Also, it is a little strange if we show TBD on some but not others when it is unknown. It might be better to simply show nothing if we don't know.
