Item Filters library support

Support for Item Filters library to filter items in MI pipes

Currently, there is no way to filter any items by their attributes. If players want to filter for ores, they have to place all kinds of ores into filter by hand.

Adding compatibility with Item Filters will provide an elegant solution without having to reinvent the bicycle
