How should I progress the sample after finish "Prerequisites" and "Web app configuration"?

Hi contributors,
As the title mention, I had done all the prerequisites and configuration(replace my subscription key of Azure Map) for this "LiveSamples". However, I'm not sure what should I do for next step in order to start the sample and render the maps in the web.
I had tried to start the server by npm start expecting open the sample on https://localhost:3001. But there's no response after the command. Please give me some instruction about the next step I could do. Thanks!
