Talked with Haishi and we should remove this because you Rating is just how good a driver you are, not compared to others.

Fixed in https://github.com/Azure-Samples/MyDriving/tree/bug/410 for iOS.

Not merging in right now as I don't know if I'm supposed to merge into master.

Note that the Getting Started carousel screen that shows the Profile page image still has this text in it - we need to get updated images from Lena if we want to fix this. I've sent an email thread about this.
