No profile skills percentage computed

I run the app twice (2 trips) but got No skill rating in my profile. Data of trips are shown ok, but no analysis is returned back to the app. I had no internet connection while driving. Also, OBD was not connected during the trips. Simulation data was used.

So, the question is (I guess), since OBDII adapter is optional, why there is no skills percentage computed?
