[Discussion] CloudFoundry sample

Context
Pivotal Cloud Foundry is a PaaS platform managed by Pivotal.
VMware Tanzu Application Service (TAS), formerly Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), is a modern application platform that provides a best-in-class developer experience. It is based on Cloud Foundry, an open-source cloud app platform providing a choice of clouds, developer frameworks, and app services.
Azure Spring Apps is a fully managed service, was jointly developed by Microsoft and Pivotal/VMWare.
I think Azure Spring Apps is the best choice.
This issue use to discuss is it need to remain cloud foundry sample.
Goal
Make our sample easily and simple.
I think there is no need to maintain cloud foundry sample, should drop it.
update: Spring Cloud Cloudfoundry project was removed in Spring Cloud 2022.0.0, see the Spring Cloud 2022.0 Release Notes
