azure-spring-boot-samples not cloneable/downloadable

Hi, don't know where else to report this, but this repository:

https://github.com/Azure-Samples/azure-spring-boot-samples/tree/spring-cloud-azure_4.4.1

can be neither cloned (unable to access 'https://github.com/Azure-Samples/azure-spring-boot-samples.git/': Failed to connect to github.com port 443 after 21070 ms: Timed out) nor downloaded. After downloading the zip file seems corrupt and cannot be unpacked. could please anyone take a look at this? Thanks a lot in advance!

Which command are you using?
I tried these commands:

git clone git@github.com:Azure-Samples/azure-spring-boot-samples.git
git clone https://github.com/Azure-Samples/azure-spring-boot-samples.git

There is no error.
