Tryind to connect to the URL https://containerpreview.azurecr.io/v2/ to get an access

Any log messages given by the failure

unauthorized: Application not registered with AAD.

Expected/desired behavior

Get the access to https://containerpreview.azurecr.io/v2/

OS and Version?

Windows 7, 8 or 10. Linux (which distribution). macOS (Yosemite? El Capitan? Sierra?)
Windows 10

Earlier, i have received appID and Password for access to the Cognitive Services Faсe, but at the moment access is lost, when i try to gain access, get an error:
Error response from daemon: Get https://containerpreview.azurecr.io/v2/: unauthorized: Application not registered with AAD.

Please help restore the access or provide a right contact
