Prerequisites for Flood script:
https://github.com/Azure/Azure-Network-Security/tree/master/Azure%20DDoS%20Protection/Breaking%20Point%20SDK

Please confirm library still exists or if refactored to another name
pip3 install bpcddos returns error:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement bpcddos (from versions: none)

pip3 install bpcddos.zip
ERROR: Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: [Errno 2]

Version:Python 3.7
OS: Windows 10
pip version 20.0.2

Package is to be downloaded manually (for windows) from BreakingCloud website to the local directory. Then run the command again
