[BUG] Ubuntu versions >= 18.04 checking for dhclient lease files

Ubuntu 18.04 and above uses systemd-networkd as the dhcp client. This has been reflected in the ubuntu file. However, the logic of getting the lease file has not been updated and still looks for dhclient lease files.
Distro and WALinuxAgent details (please complete the following information):
- Ubuntu >=18.04
- WALinuxAgent version 2.9.1.1
