Inconsistency in size between CLI and Azure Portal for large registries

Describe the bug
There's a mismatch between the CLI and Portal registry sizes.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Validate the size for Portal and CLI tools and size will not reflect the correct values in Azure Portal. (Large Registries)
Expected behavior
Have both values to be consistent.

- Issue is for tracking purposes as this has been already commented in an internal case.
