Add collectors for Inspektor Gadget TCP and DNS traces

Building off the work @bravebeaver has done to consume Inspektor Gadget traces from Periscope, we'd like to get this functionality into the main Periscope repository.

From discussion with @mauriciovasquezbernal, it should be possible to run the traces in-process by referencing the relevant IG packages directly. This would remove the need for users to first deploy IG to their clusters, reduce the number of pods required, and avoid cross-process output streaming.
