Enhancement Request: Implement Multi-Tenant Hub Connectivity Feature

• [Multitenant-all] (Importance: Low) I would expect to give users the option to "connect" to existing hubs and hub resources, which might reside on different subscriptions etc. That would require a big effort and eventually would not cover all customer options, but we should at least cover the easiest/most common scenarios and give some guidelines around that
