[feature] awesome-azd to pull in `azd` templates from existing template collections

azd
templates are growing beyond our current collection of >100 templates. There are emerging needs for us to have specialized template collections, like our new ai collection. But we would like the superset of every template that is an approved template (as defined in our template standards) to be listed in the awesome-azd gallery. For example, the first source is the new /ai-apps
collection.
Describe the solution you'd like
We would like to be able to add a new template collection source
and not have the manual work of adding every template in a new collection to awesome-azd individually. We want to pull in templates from other collections at their source and check for duplicates.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding each template from the new collection in the JSON file manually.
Acceptance Criteria
- all of the templates in the
/ai-apps
collection are listed in the awesome-azd gallery - when there is a duplicate template at the new source, it is only listed once in the awesome-azd gallery and there are no duplicates
- this solution is repeatable for future curated collections
