Revert the CycleCloud server context path to / instead of /cyclecloud for easier app gateway integration, let's encrypt certificate challenge validation, workaround a CC 8.5 bug

This breaks the OnDemand integration done which act as a proxy to the CycleCloud UI and which can't be redirected to / as / is the ondemand portal.
