Add logrotate for the catalina.* files of CycleCloud

CycleCloud does provide a default log rotation for it's own logs, but not for the TOMCAT ones, catalina.err and catalina.log.
Issue is that these logs are growing constantly and could filled up the disk and create an outage for CycleCloud.
Solution is to create a logrotate configuration file for these.
