old version pydocumentdb source code is missing

I hope officially maintain old release code and document.

python cosmosdb sdk is

• v1, v2: https://pypi.org/project/pydocumentdb/
• v3 https://pypi.org/project/azure-cosmos/

now 2020-03-30,
https://github.com/Azure/azure-documentdb-python is redirect to https://github.com/Azure/azure-cosmos-python , and only exists releases tag is v3.1.1

so, I forked repo v2.2.1 for quickly reference to.
