Description

Can't setting up Azure resources.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run the /services/scripts/local/launch/start.sh in Ubuntu 18.04
  2. Have you created required Azure resources (Y/N)? N
  3. Setting up Azure resources.
    Please update your node with version 8.11.3 or greater (but not version 10).
  4. node -v v8.15.1
