WCF calls with redirect responses are failing

I am trying to integrate WCF call with azbridge but its not handling redirects and payload correctly. I can see WebApps with Hybrid Connection works fine with similar setup. Is there any core difference between functionality of WebApps Hybrid Connection and azbridge Hybrid Connections? Or if I need to take care of something here?
