Running the AIB against the Azure Gov regions provides the output:
Error: Error happened while initializing Image builder: Error: location not from available regions or it is not defined
Error: Action run failed.
Is this service expected to be available at any point?

Hey @trinka-battelle AIB is currently available for public preview in USGov Arizona and USGov Virginia. Please register the feature flag "Microsoft.VirtualMachineImages/FairfaxPublicPreview" to access Azure Image Builder public preview in those regions.
