Description
This issue is logged based on discussions with @eriqua, @AlexanderSehr & myself around the AVM deployment environment issue relating to deploying ZoneRedundant App Service Plans.
In order to get around the issue and let feature development continue on the module we have had to disable the use of availability zones for the WAF tests, not ideal given the focus on modules with resilience top of mind.
Discussions around next steps will continue with the core team to address this allow us to remediate in the future.
