Add an option to run the wordpress chart with an in-cluster database

Following the discussion at #25 (comment), we should give the option for users to "kick the tires" on the wordpress chart by installing it with an in-cluster MySQL database for testing purposes. The chart should still default to using the Azure hosted DB for production usage
