Configure never returns

I enter the command:

node-gyp configure

And I get

gyp info it worked if it ends with ok
gyp info using node-gyp@0.13.0
gyp info using node@0.10.13 | win32 | x64

But it stays there an I never get a prompt back. I am on Windows x64 2008 Server.

I can't help you with the compilation issue. However, if you need to get stuff done right away, I have a binary distribution of this driver up on npm.

On the dependencies you indicated that the 2012 Feature Pack should be
installed. It seems that there are many parts. Which one did you have in
mind?

Just the Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client.
