BROKER_AUTHENTICATOR_NOT_RESPONDING issue with many phones, not just Huawei or vivo

Hello, we are on the Stream mobile team (Microsoft).

We've added telemetry into our Android app, and have noticed numerous failures during ADAL token refresh, all with this Broker error code. While some of the devices are Huawei/Vivo, most of them are not. Here is a list of all the other devices impacted:

• Infinix X603
• phantom6-Plus (TECNO)
• Android One
• Samsung S7

Please let me know if there are workarounds for these devices as well.
