ADCacheToken.h should be moved out of mac folder

"src/deps/adalobjc/ADAL/src/public/Mac/ADTokenCache.h"
This file only has Mac version, but it will be included in ADAuthenticationContext which compiles for iOS.

This should be fixed in latest ADAL lib.
