Cannot Purchase the Naturalist Faith Unit

Describe the bug
After researching conservation and meeting the requirements to create a national park, the unit still doesn't appear to be able to be purchased in the production menu.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Unlock the Conservation Civic (Modern Era, I believe)
- Click on the city production menu
- Scroll down to the units
- No naturalist available to purchase with faith (other faith units relating to religion are there, however)
Expected behavior
To be able to purchase a naturalist with faith.
General informations
- OS: Windows 10
- Version: 1909
- Expansion: All
- A few other mods that shouldn't affect this specific issue

Tried to load your save-game but didn't succeed because you have bunch of other mods installed.
I run only CQUI and can purchase Naturalist so I think you have some conflict with other mods.
Update:
I installed Sukritact's Simple UI Adjustments and I can now access the menu to buy the unit.
I'll do some troubleshooting with my mods and figure out what was going on.
I just installed CQUI and have the same problem. Every other faith unit appears in the build list sand can be purchased but not the naturalist. Enabled Sukritact's Simple UI also fixed the problem.
I have no problem building the naturalist but I can never actually build a national park because the lens has been broken forever. It highlights an area north and west of the actual wonder so you cannot create the park.
In my case the solution was that I take queue checkmark away on production list. And whola case solved! 🥳
