[FR] select spotify folder

It would be nice to be able to select a folder for the playlist (as Spotify can have folders)
eg. --location "2023/Monthly/"

As the Spotify Web API does unfortunately not provide this functionality, this sadly cannot be implemented. If this one day gets implemented by Spotify feel free to comment on this issue.
