CRT filter too aggressive

The CRT filter is too aggressive and is overtop of everything. when i click to zoom in on a picture i want the CRT effect to go away for that picture

That being said by changing the first part of crtEffect.css to read "body::after{" instead of "html::after{" it provides what I expect, IE CRT over everything but when i click on something (a picture/profile/css terminal in better discord) the effect on said thing goes away

This is just my opinion, but if you update it i think having a more aggressive (current) version and less aggressive (uses body instead of html) version would be preferable.
