Make the Request button configurable via Molgenis Directory App Manager

Expected behavior

Add configuration options for the app to provide the following:

  1. Number of services required to be selected to enable the "Forward to Negotiator" button.
  2. For each "Forward to Negotiator" the following key-value pairs:
  • button_label: the text to be displayed on the button
  • button_info_url: the URL for the information button
  • button_call_id: the ARIA call id to be used when forwarding the service id's to ARIA
  • button_min_services: the minimum number of services required to be selected to enable this button
