Player ship position suddenly changes when opening equipment dealer menu on some planets

On some planets where the player ship is on the same position at all times (never gets moved to an equipment dealer are for example), like on Planet Holstein, Planet Kurile, etc, I've noticed something strange. After undocking and redocking on those planets and opening the equipment dealer menu, the position of the ship is suddenly slightly adjusted. This happens right when the equipment dealer menu appears. The position adjustment seems to only occur once per stay on the planet, and can only be reproduced a second time after undocking and re-docking again.

This is a vanilla bug, but we should investigate if it's possible to fix it. If it's appears to be a game engine limitation, we can just leave it.
