Unknown planet in St03 has atmosphere and death zone radius swapped

St03_planet_desert_600_1 has an atmosphere range of only 700 but the kill zone has a radius of 800. As a result, you die unexpectedly without getting the entering atmosphere warning. A spotty check into normal planets in vanilla says their atmosphere is typically radius + 200, and the kill zone radius is planet radius + 100.
