Fix the community space interface

I feel the community space interface is really rough. I propose:

• Remove the menu dropdown options on the "Community" dropdown
• Rename the "Join our mailing list and this community space" to "Register" and move to be inline with the paging buttons, on the left.
• To the right of "Register" add a "Login" button, to take someone to the sign-in page.
• Add a text box for finding profiles.
• Add a map.
