Replace the term "mutation" with "variants" in Lollipop plots

The legend for the lollipop plots uses the term "mutation" to refer to both pathogenic and benign variants. Typically, the term variant is preferred over the term mutation (see http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3882730/ for a full argument why).
