Annotations heterogeneity

When we updated GeoCore to BFO 2020 we created a heterogeneity in the annotations because BFO now uses the skos:definition while we use IAO_0000115 for definition and IAO_0000116 for commentaries.
Ideally we should use the same properties for annotating definitions and other relevant information within our ontologies.
