As a first step towards the concretization of the ontology network we have decided to adapt all our ontologies for using the ontology development kit (ODK).
We have to create the directory schema, change the ontology URIs to align with what is expected by the kit and set up the continuous integration of the ontology.
While doing this, we have also to update BFO to the 2020 version.
