Logic Gate missing icon in PeTI

Description of the bug

The logic gate item is missing its in game icon. It will show up as a missing texture in PeTI.

Expected behavior

Icon would not be missing

Steps to reproduce

Add Logic Gate item to pallet,
Export to Portal 2,
Create new test chamber or edit an already existing one,
Icon is missing.

Additional information

I have tried resetting package cheche and it did nothing. However it did fix a bug I had where the exit door would be non-existent.
