Viruses in the file

When scanning the file, four viruses were found. If this is how it should be, then why?

These are false positives, BEE2 does create files + modify some existing ones for Portal 2 which is similar behavior for actual viruses which is why it's being flagged, but these are all false positives and BEE2 does not harm your computer in any way.
