Resources Assigned to a Particular Location

Currently, the resources like tables, chairs, etc. are set to be movable to any location. But in our setup, the resources like tables and chairs are tied to a particular location or room. No one is allowed to move a table or chair out of that room.

May I request an option for a resource can be assigned to a particular location? Also, in our setup not all rooms have projector (attached to the ceiling type) so I guess having a option for a resources that tied to a particular location is something that makes the plugin flexible for other organization like ours.
