Emails no longer sending to our Room Admin

After a room reservation has been placed our room admins are no longer receiving the initial approval email. It was a sudden stop. Emails are active and spelled correctly. Was a very sudden stop.

Expected Behavior

Just for the emails to go through to our admins so they can get approvals or denials through.

Actual Behavior

No emails going through for our admin to review.

Steps to Reproduce

Click on "New Reservation"
Enter Reservation details
Submit Reservation
