Packaging translations

I'm not sure what's the best way to package translations. Texts are straightforward, but some languages require changed fonts, plus some localizations include changed frms, splash screens, etc.
The goal is as little user interaction as possible. But I don't see a way to load a mod conditionally based on selected language (something like PatchFileX=mods\upu_%language%).
I think the next best thing is to package localizations into separate dat files and tell the users to delete the files with other languages.
...Or, don't generate the main package. Instead, make each localized package complete with fixes. That way, the users only need one file.

Localization will be published as separate dats.
