Update the action to add PRs to BHelpful project correctly

Currently the PRs are not added to the BHelpful project.

Description of a possible solution

A possible fix could be to specifically assign a column for the PRs to start in ("In progress") or to look into other ways of doing it. It could also be that the if statement in the action is not with an accepted format causing it to fail.
