Release new 'Universal Binary' version with Apple Silicon (aka arm64) support

are all Intel-only for macOS.

Would it be possible to build a Universal Binary version?

We don't yet have an automated build system for OSX so we need to sort that out.

We have lots of Macs at Rogue, I could build the binaries if it's reasonably straightforward to do so...
