Questions about the learning rate in coco dataset.

Thank you for your excellent work, and congratulations on being nominated for the Best Paper Award! I noticed that the learning rate mentioned in the paper is 0.01, whereas it's set to 0.004 in the open-source code. Could you please share the specific training settings you used? Thanks a lot!

we use 0.01 learning rate with SGD.
