[Model comparison] Add filtering options

This issue concerns with the janggu web application for browsing the model results.

Currently, the order in which the items are displayed on the model comparison page is fixed.
It sorts the table in descending order based on the score field.

This page needs two additional filters:

• A radio button to indicate whether to sort in ascending or descending order
• A filter field that allows to subset the results shown in the table
