Couldn't choose Type of Labels sometimes

Around 70% of the times I'm unable to choose pascal or json labels, because second box on first page is broken. Didn't realize yet how to reproduce this bug and how to deal with it, but will update this issue as soon as I understand it.

Found a way to deal with it. I should click on the Type of Label, get an error, and after this choose Dataset Folder. After this steps everything works fine.
